Pašman – an island connected to Zadar and Biograd by ferries, connected to an island Ugljan by bridge. Pašman has a leading position when it comes to remained monuments: St. Roch’s church, St. Anthony’s church, St. Benedictine’s monastery of St. Kosmas and Damian in Čokovac near Tkon – the center of Glagoliticism, an old Croatian dialect and script.
